Shipping and Returns
PAYMENT
All payments must be made upfront on the website when purchasing. For commissions and custom orders, a 100% deposit will be required to hold a spot on the waitlist and start your piece. This is to ensure I have the funds in advance to purchase the art supplies necessary for your piece and to avoid cancellations/ delays in payment which ultimately take my time away from creating art for somebody else.
SHIPPING
Most artwork and items will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of your order or date of completion for commissioned paintings. Items will be shipped only within the United States via USPS unless other arrangements are made directly with me. The shipping fee is based on the size/weight of the package. All orders placed on artofanusha.com totaling over $100 will receive complimentary shipping within the United States. A tracking number will be provided for every order. In the event that a client lives in Canada, there will be an extra fee ranging from $30-75. In this instance, please email me directly for a shipping quote.
RETURNS
I do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. Most items on my website are handmade and personalized. Please contact me within 24 hours of receipt of your item if the item is damaged for a replacement, refund, or discount on your next purchase.
